Every call starts with a full system check rather than a single-symptom fix. We verify thermostat operation and wiring, inspect and replace the filter if it is restricting airflow, watch a complete ignition sequence, and confirm the safety chain is intact before touching a component.

The diagnostic itself includes igniter resistance, flame-sensor microamp output, pressure-switch operation against actual draft, manifold gas pressure, blower amp draw against nameplate, temperature rise across the heat exchanger, and a visual heat-exchanger inspection backed by a combustion analyzer reading where warranted.

You get the findings in plain language with the measurements attached, a written repair price before work begins, the repair completed on the first visit whenever the part is on the truck, and a post-repair verification run so you see the system working before we leave. The diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair if you proceed.

Flat-rate repair pricing, quoted in writing, approved by you before installation. No hourly meter running while a technician troubleshoots, and no surcharge for evenings, weekends, or holidays — the price for a capacitor at 7 p.m. on Saturday is the price for a capacitor at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

When a repair is expensive relative to the equipment's remaining life, we quote the replacement alongside it rather than after it. You should be able to see both numbers at the same time and make the call yourself. We are not going to sell you a $1,900 repair on a seventeen-year-old furnace without telling you what a new one costs.

Repairs carry the manufacturer's parts warranty plus our written workmanship warranty. If a part we installed fails inside that window, we come back and make it right at no charge.

Same-day service is the normal outcome for most of the Phoenix Metro when you call during the day. Our service area covers the East Valley from Apache Junction and Queen Creek through Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and Tempe, plus Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Ahwatukee, Phoenix, and the West Valley.

The one week each winter when that gets harder is the first hard cold snap, because every dormant furnace in the Valley gets tested on the same morning. If your heat has not run since spring, running it for fifteen minutes on a mild day in October puts you at the front of that line instead of the back.

Appointment windows are real windows and we call ahead. If a technician is running long on the job before yours, you hear about it from us before you have to wonder.

We service all major residential brands — Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, American Standard, Bryant, Amana, Payne, Day & Night — in gas furnace, electric furnace, gas-pack, and heat pump auxiliary heat configurations, including rooftop package units common on Valley homes and small commercial buildings.

What we will not do is patch a cracked heat exchanger, bypass a safety switch to keep a unit running, or reset a locked-out furnace and leave without explaining what locked it out. Those three shortcuts are how heating jobs turn into carbon-monoxide incidents, and no repair price is worth that.

We also will not sell you a repair on a system that should be inspected instead. A meaningful share of our fall calls turn out to be a dirty burner and a plugged pressure-switch port, and the honest answer there is a cleaning and safety inspection, not a parts invoice.
