Meet Raychelle, CFO and head of marketing for Fast Track Heating and Cooling LLC. Raychelle is the wife of owner, Matthew Farabee, and prides herself in taking care of any behind the scenes projects when it comes to FTHC. Raychelle handles all financial and IT services for the company as well as posting material to the company's Instagram social media page. Raychelle adds value and experience to our company and is always happy to help where it is needed.

Matthew

HVAC Technician

Meet Matthew, owner of Fast Track Heating and Cooling LLC. Matthew grew up here in Mesa, AZ & has been working in the HVAC industry for almost a decade. Before starting FTHC, Matthew worked alongside his grandfather Roland Farabee who had his own residential HVAC company for over 30 years. After taking over his grandfather's business, Matthew wanted to give it a fresh new name and look. Hence, FTHC was born. Matthew enjoys spending his free time hiking, traveling, working out and being with his wife Raychelle and their 3 pets at home. Matthew prides himself in putting customer service first and providing the highest quality of care for any HVAC system.

Seth

HVAC Technician

Meet Seth, lead technician of Fast Track Heating and Cooling LLC. Seth grew up in Gilbert, AZ and has been working in HVAC for over 3 years now. Seth enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with his wife Brittany and their son Kace. Seth is dedicated to keeping our customers cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Known for his friendly attitude and reliable service, you can count on Seth to get the job done right.
