Every standard 1-inch residential pleated size — 14x20, 14x25, 16x20, 16x25, 18x20, 20x20, 20x25, 20x30, 24x24, 25x25 and the rest — in MERV 8 through MERV 13. These are the filters most Valley homes take, and they are the ones we keep moving.

Deep media cartridges for dedicated filter cabinets, including the common Aprilaire, Honeywell, Trane, and Carrier housings in 4-inch to 6-inch depths. If you have a media cabinet, this is the consumable you want on a standing order, because the cartridges are less likely to be on a store shelf than a 1-inch panel.

HEPA media for HEPA-compatible whole-home and portable units, activated carbon filters for odor control, and commercial sizes for rooftop and light commercial equipment. Custom and non-standard sizes are available by order with a typical lead time of one to two weeks.

Tell us your size, your rating, and how many systems the home has, and we set an interval that matches Arizona rather than the box. For most Valley homes on 1-inch filters that means monthly through cooling season and every two to three months the rest of the year. Media cabinets typically land on a three-to-six-month cycle.

You can change the interval, pause during a long trip, or adjust the rating at any time. If a technician measures static pressure on a service visit and finds your system cannot support the rating you are on, we will tell you and change the order — we would rather ship you a MERV 8 that works than a MERV 13 that starves your coil.

There is no equipment commitment attached. You do not need to be a maintenance plan member, and buying filters from us does not obligate you to anything else.

The fastest path is a photo. Send us a picture of the frame of the filter currently installed plus a shot of the slot it came out of, and add your furnace or air handler model number if you can find it on the data plate. We will confirm the size, flag it if the current filter is undersized for the slot, and tell you what depth the cabinet actually supports.

That undersizing check matters more than people expect. A filter a half-inch small lets return air bypass around the frame, so the coil and blower get dirty anyway. It is one of the most common problems we find in Valley homes, and it is free to fix once you know the correct size.

On rating, we default to MERV 8 to 11 for 1-inch slots and reserve MERV 13 and above for systems with the airflow headroom or a proper media cabinet. If you have an allergy or respiratory reason to want higher capture, say so and we will talk through whether a deeper cabinet is the better answer.

Multi-unit owners have a different problem: filters get changed when a tenant remembers, which is to say rarely, and the cost shows up later as coil cleanings and compressor failures. Standing bulk delivery keyed to unit count and size list solves most of it, and volume pricing makes it cheap enough to over-supply rather than under-supply.

For commercial rooftop equipment we supply the larger panel and pleated sizes those units take, in the quantities a multi-unit roof needs. If you are also having us service the equipment, we will bring the filters with the maintenance visit so nothing is waiting on a delivery window.
